Looking back at 2023

A lot has happened at Tronix over the past year, both in front of and behind the scenes. The LED world is constantly changing, which means we are constantly evolving in terms of knowledge. From new products and employees to a wide variety of knowledge blogs, from an emergency lighting training seminar to our participation in the Future Lighting knowledge event, from a dated workplace to a completely renovated office! We would like to look back on last year with you.

• Two days of Future Lighting with 60 exhibitors where we were allowed to register the second highest number of pre-registrations. It was a successful fair with high visitor quality and very focused lighting interests. We think it is worth a repeat. And now time to get so slowly into the starting blocks for Light+Building 2024 in Frankfurt!


• We have added over 130 products to our range this year. From a change in our downlight range to area lighting and seasonal lighting. We are proud that we continue to innovate in lighting knowledge and know how to turn this into ever more beautiful products.


• This year our focus was also on rebuilding, rebuilding, rebuilding... We have a renovated office! We are super happy with the space where we receive you daily. A bigger desk, an inspirational bright reception area and soon also a beautiful new showroom. We'll keep you posted.


• This year we welcomed three new employees. Thom Moorman makes himself logistically strong in the warehouse, Luca Stolk supports our customers in sales, and Bjorn Gietemans makes sure our products are well informed and that they are well found on the website. Welcome to our team and great that we can continue to grow together with you!


• Behind the scenes, we are busy preparing to completely switch product systems. This means that next year all our products will be available on the web shop with ETIM specifications. ETIM is an international protocol, where each product is provided with an extensive and complete specification package according to current requirements. Now already available through 2BA.


• A big success this year is our new black neon-flex. From great interest at the Future Lighting fair, to the first requests. We will keep you updated on the development of this beautiful product!


• A great new partnership with UPRtek to introduce a demo at Future Lighting! This manufacturer of portable, high-end light measurement equipment is a great addition for our customers to provide even more quality service.


• Mid this year we organized an informative morning with Obex on emergency lighting. It was nice and important that we could gain more knowledge with you about important products and topics. With the arrival of our new showroom, we hope to be able to share even more.


• Our Linked-in page has grown significantly this year. Partly thanks to a blog about the health of lighting. This blog caused quite a stir among a number of speakers at the Future Lighting event. Nice to get to know each other this way!
  
  A great new year ahead
  Last year we realized many wonderful things as a team, and we are proud of that! We are looking forward to what 2024 will bring us and you. In any case, we hope to meet you between March 3 and 8, 2024 at the Light + Building in Frankfurt (information to follow), or in our renovated showroom, the opening of which we will celebrate extensively with you.
